cold water 300cc
hot boiling water 350cc
oil 100cc
baking soda 1/3 tsp
sweet rice flour 2 and 1/4 cups
rice flour 1/2 cup
sweetened
red bean can: 1 can - 1.5 can (2.5-3 cups)
steps:
- put cold water,oil,baking
soda, two kinds of rice flours into the machine pan
- use 1 hour and 43
minutes fastbake function. stir for 2-3 minutes later, put in boiling water(watch
out!) gradually, stir through, you can use chopsticks to help out
- put
in red bean, let machine do the rest of the work (in my machine I have 13
minutes to do from step 1 to step3, then anther 90 minutes for baking only)
- after it's done baking, don't open lid or unplug, leave the cake in the
pan for 20 minutes
- take the pan out of the machine , let it cooled before
you get the cake out
It will be less sticky if you store it in the frig first
then cut into pcs.
